Do I Need To Have An Account To Place An Order?

You are free to place an order as a guest, although we encourage you to create an account for ease of future purchases.

When you sign up for your free account you will be able to:

  • Check out faster when making a purchase
  • View past orders
  • Make changes to your account information
  • Change your password

If you check out as a guest, all order confirmations and updates will be sent via email, and you will not be able to track this information on our site.

How Do I Sign Up For The Mailing List?

You can sign up for our newsletter by scrolling to the bottom of our website and entering your email address.

How Do I Track My Package?

Your order status can be viewed in your account details or accessed via the order status link in your confirmation email.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We currently do not accept returns for any of our products. If your product arrives faulty, defective, or damaged, please email help@getrompy.com.

How Does My Package Arrive?

Your package will arrive in discreet packaging.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We unfortunately do not ship internationally (yet!). We currently ship to all addresses in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
